This small community is nestled in a quiet setting only minutes to Interstate 30 which gets you to Downtown Dallas in 60 minutes.

12 month leases create a calm, established community that provides your piece of peace.

Five acres allow plenty of room for gardens, fire pits, chickens and more! The Bird’s Nest offers concrete pads, septic, water, trash, lawn maintenance, and access to 30/50amp electric (electric usage bills are the responsibility of the renter).
